ZV is a carbon fiber video gimbal head designed for users who require smooth, controlled, and repeatable movement when working with telephoto lenses and spotting scopes.
Developed to deliver consistent fluid motion, ZV combines lightweight construction with structural rigidity, ensuring stability and precision during video recording and dynamic panning.
The system integrates two factory-preset sealed fluid cartridges that provide fixed damping on both axes of rotation. This design ensures smooth and predictable movement without the need for adjustments, allowing the user to focus entirely on framing and tracking.
A multi-bearing architecture, with six bearings for each movement, guarantees soft and precise motion while eliminating unwanted play and structural flex, even when working with offset or cantilevered loads.
The gimbal structure allows both vertical and longitudinal adjustments, enabling accurate balancing of the equipment and optimal control during operation. Once balanced, the system maintains fluid motion with minimal effort, reducing fatigue during extended use.
ZV PLUS is supplied with a carbon fiber pan bar, designed to provide precise control during panning movements, and an Arca-Swiss compatible quick-release plate for fast and secure mounting.
The main body is made from carbon fiber to absorb micro-vibrations, improving image stability during recording. This is combined with extruded aluminum components to ensure structural strength and stainless steel hardware for long-term durability in all environmental conditions.
