Shipping & Product Availability – Zenelli®

At ZENELLI®, we are committed to offering you a smooth and reliable shopping experience worldwide. The label “Secure Express Delivery” indicates that your order will be shipped using one of our trusted premium couriers: FedEx, DHL, or UPS. These partners ensure fast, trackable, and highly secure international delivery.


Product Availability

Product availability reflects stock levels at the time you place your order. However, this availability is purely indicative because multiple users may be purchasing simultaneously.

Even after sending you the order confirmation email, there may be rare cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.


Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Once payment has been received, goods are typically dispatched within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), except in cases of force majeure.
  • Orders are delivered via door-to-door courier service, requiring a signature on delivery.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zenelli.it.

If delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, please contact the courier directly using the contact details they provided.


Shipping Costs

ZENELLI® ships worldwide using reliable Express couriers.
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Please note that free shipping promotions are not available. Shipping fees apply to every order, regardless of the order value.

日本へのご注文は、関税および日本の消費税をすべて当社が負担いたします
そのため、お客様はお届け時に追加費用をお支払いいただく必要はありません

チェックアウト時に表示される金額は、最終的なお支払い金額であり、受け取り時の請求は一切ありません

この方式により、通関手続きがスムーズになり、迅速かつ安心して商品をお受け取りいただけます。


DAP – Delivered At Place (International Orders)

All international shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

  • ZENELLI® delivers the order to the address provided.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
  • These charges vary depending on the destination country and local regulations.

Customers will be notified by the courier if any duties or taxes are required before delivery.

Customs & Duties (DDU / Buyer Pays on Arrival)

All orders outside the European Union are shipped DDU – Duties Unpaid.
This ensures maximum transparency and avoids complications caused by incorrect or duplicated duty calculations at checkout.

The exact amount of duties and taxes is determined by the customs office of the destination country at the time of import.


EU Orders

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-free.
Standard VAT regulations apply based on the destination country.

Pricing Policy

  • All prices on www.zenelli.com are shown in Euros (€) and in Dollars ($).
  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will always reflect the price indicated at the time of purchase.

In the event of a technical, manual, or system error causing a substantial and clearly incorrect price (either excessively high or unusually low), the order will be canceled and any payments refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
