Dispatch & Delivery Times

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-free.

United States & Japan – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Orders shipped to the United States and Japan are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

This means:

ZENELLI® delivers the goods directly to the customer’s address.
ZENELLI® manages all customs clearance procedures.
All applicable import duties and local taxes are included in the total amount displayed at checkout.
No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

This approach ensures a smooth customs process and eliminates unexpected costs at delivery.

Rest of the World – DAP (Delivered At Place)

All other international shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

ZENELLI® delivers the goods to the address provided by the customer.
Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price.
These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
The courier may contact the recipient prior to delivery to arrange payment of any applicable duties or taxes.

Apparel & Special Products – Shipping Notice

Some ZENELLI® apparel and special products may be shipped from international warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

This condition applies worldwide, including the United States and Japan.

For these items, import duties, local taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Such charges are determined by local customs authorities and cannot be calculated or controlled by ZENELLI® at checkout.

Product Availability

Product availability reflects stock levels at the time an order is placed.

However, availability is indicative, as multiple customers may purchase simultaneously.

In rare cases of partial or total unavailability after order confirmation, ZENELLI® will promptly notify the customer and provide appropriate solutions.

Pricing Policy
