RETURNS

If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, without undue delay and in any case no later than 8 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. These refunds will be made using the payment method we use most easily. The reimbursement will take place once the goods have been received and we have verified that the product is intact as a pre-shipment.

Please send back the goods or hand them over to us – namely: Ommar Srl Via Don Fior Peruzzi, 26 – 36027 Rosà (VI) (Italy) – without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which you has announced his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period. The direct costs of returning the goods will be at your expense. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In the event that you were outside the Italian territory and could not arrange a shipment, we could organize it for you, charging you later, during the repayment, the cost we sustained. In the latter case, ZENELLI® reserves the right to use the courier most suited to the case. Always in the event that the shipment is carried out outside the Italian territory entrusted to us for shipping and subject to duties / other customs costs, ZENELLI® reserves the right to subtract them from the refund.

If you wish to return the product within 14 days, ZENELLI® reserves the right to charge the payment costs such as bank costs or PayPal fees.
