SHIPMENTS
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time you place your order. This availability must however be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence on the site of several users, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after sending the order confirmation email sent by ZENELLI®, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods are usually dispatched within 5 working days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, except in cases of Force Majeure Events.
The goods will be delivered through a door to door courier service, which will deliver the goods only against a signature that confirms receipt of the same.
In the event that the goods, sent by courier, do not arrive within the set deadline, the Customer must contact ZENELLI® at info@zenelli.it.
In the event that the goods have not been delivered due to the impossibility of the Customer to receive it, the latter must first contact the courier through the references that are left by the courier.

Free Shipping for Orders Over 399 Euro
For any orders exceeding 399 Euro, ZENELLI® offers free DAP shipping worldwide. This means that no matter where you are, if your order total is greater than 399 Euro, you will not be required to pay any additional shipping fees. This service aims to provide convenience and value to our valued customers.
The term DAP stands for Delivered At Place. It represents a delivery agreement where the seller is responsible for transporting goods to a specified destination. This includes all necessary logistics to ensure the product reaches the customer's door.
Under DAP, the seller takes care of moving goods from their location directly to the buyer's specified address. This ensures convenience and reduces the hassle for the customer. DAP covers the transportation costs to deliver goods to the customer’s location, it does not include any taxes or duties imposed by the destination country. These additional costs are typically the responsibility of the buyer, who may need to settle them upon arrival of the goods.

ZENELLI® has the right to change its prices at any time, however the goods will be invoiced based on the prices indicated on the Site at the time the order is created and indicated in the confirmation email sent by ZENELLI®.
In the event of computer error, manual, technical error, or any other nature that could result in a substantial change, not foreseen by ZENELLI®, of the selling price to the public, which makes it exorbitant or clearly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled and the amount paid by you will be refunded within 30 days from the day of cancellation.
