🛍️ Return & Refund Policy – Zenelli®
If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to return the product.
📦 How to request a return
1️⃣ Send an email to info@zenelli.it with the following details:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return.
2️⃣ Ship the product to:

📅 The return shipment must be sent within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. The deadline is considered met if the goods are handed over to the courier before the 14-day period expires.
⚠️ Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you are located outside Italy or prefer us to arrange the return shipping for you, let us know: we will organize it and deduct the cost from your refund.
- For international returns subject to customs duties or additional fees, such charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its integrity, we will refund all payments within 8 business days, using the payment method most convenient for us.
✅ Returned products must:
- Be intact and unused beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
- Include the original packaging and all accessories provided.
❌ Non-returnable items
- Customized or made-to-order products.
- Apparel items (e.g., Shields and Colpo di SBY). Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.
ℹ️ Additional important information
To cover transaction and handling costs, Zenelli® reserves the right to withhold a fee of 2% to 6% in the following cases:
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days; or
- If you cancel the order before it has been shipped.
