📦 Product Availability

Product availability reflects stock levels at the time you place your order. However, this availability is purely indicative because multiple users may be purchasing simultaneously.

Even after sending you the order confirmation email, there may be rare cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.


🚚 Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Once payment has been received, goods are typically dispatched within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), except in cases of force majeure.
  • Orders are delivered via door-to-door courier service, requiring a signature on delivery.
  • If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zenelli.it.

If delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, please contact the courier directly using the contact details they provided.

✅ All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, based on:

  • Destination country
  • Shipping method (speed and service level)
  • Package weight and size

✅ From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions with a minimum order threshold. When available, these conditions will be highlighted directly on our website.

📦 All shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: we handle the delivery to your address. Please note that any import taxes, duties, or customs fees in the destination country are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will always reflect the price indicated at the time of purchase.

⚠️ In the event of a technical, manual, or system error causing a substantial and clearly incorrect price (either excessively high or unusually low), the order will be canceled and any payments refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
