Product Availability
Product availability reflects stock levels at the time you place your order. However, this availability is purely indicative because multiple users may be purchasing simultaneously.
Even after sending you the order confirmation email, there may be rare cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as possible by email.
Shipping Times & Delivery
- Once payment has been received, goods are typically dispatched within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), except in cases of force majeure.
- Orders are delivered via door-to-door courier service, requiring a signature on delivery.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zenelli.it.
If delivery fails due to the recipient’s unavailability, please contact the courier directly using the contact details they provided.
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
ZENELLI® ensures safe and timely delivery of your orders worldwide, using the most reputable Express couriers. All shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, based on the destination country, as well as the package dimensions and weight. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of €1099 or more qualify for free worldwide shipping, excluding customs duties where applicable.
DAP (Delivered At Place)
By default, all shipments are made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms: ZENELLI® handles delivery to the address provided. Any import taxes, duties, or customs fees are not included and remain the buyer’s responsibility.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
To provide a premium and worry-free shopping experience, ZENELLI® offers a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service for selected countries — including the United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Singapore, and Switzerland — where all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid in advance. This ensures that your order is delivered fully prepaid, with no additional charges upon arrival. Duties and taxes are calculated in accordance with the laws and import regulations of the destination country. These amounts usually depend on the destination, type of product, and country of origin or manufacture. ZENELLI® will handle the payment of duties and taxes on behalf of the customer through a licensed customs broker responsible for clearing the goods for delivery. If you believe that any amount has been incorrectly calculated or charged, please contact us — we will review the situation and, if necessary, issue an adjustment or refund.
Particular items
Products marked in red as Free Shipping Worldwide or simply Free Shipping are eligible for free worldwide shipping, regardless of the order amount. These items will be shipped individually from some of our warehouses; therefore, depending on the warehouse location and the shipping address, they may be subject to customs duties. For this reason, duty exemption for foreign currencies available in our online store does not apply to these items.
Pricing Policy
- All prices on www.zenelli.com are shown in Euros (€) or in the currency of the destination country.
- Prices may change at any time, but confirmed orders will always reflect the price indicated at the time of purchase.
In the event of a technical, manual, or system error causing a substantial and clearly incorrect price (either excessively high or unusually low), the order will be canceled and any payments refunded within 30 days of cancellation.
