Shipping & Product Availability – ZENELLI®

International Express Shipping

At ZENELLI®, we are committed to providing a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience worldwide.

Orders marked with “Secure Express Delivery” are shipped via premium international couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS), ensuring fast, fully trackable, and secure delivery.


Dispatch & Delivery Times

Once payment is received, orders are typically dispatched within 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), except in cases of force majeure.

All deliveries are door-to-door and require a signature upon receipt.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@zenelli.it.

If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability, please contact the courier directly using the details provided.


Shipping Costs

ZENELLI® ships worldwide using express international couriers.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on destination, weight, and package dimensions.

Shipping fees apply to every order unless otherwise stated.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

European Union

Orders shipped within the European Union are delivered duty-free.

VAT is applied according to the regulations of the destination country.


United States & Japan – DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

Orders shipped to the United States and Japan are handled under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms.

This means:

  • ZENELLI® delivers the goods directly to the customer’s address.
  • ZENELLI® manages all customs clearance procedures.
  • All applicable import duties and local taxes are included in the total amount displayed at checkout.
  • No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.
  • The amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

This approach ensures a smooth customs process and eliminates unexpected costs at delivery.

Please note: Apparel items are excluded from the DDP program described above and may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges depending on the destination country. For more information, please refer to the Apparel Shipping Notice section.


Rest of the World – DAP (Delivered At Place)

All other international shipments are handled under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.

This means:

  • ZENELLI® delivers the goods to the address provided by the customer.
  • Import duties, local taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price.
  • These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities.
  • The courier may contact the recipient prior to delivery to arrange payment of any applicable duties or taxes.

Apparel – Shipping Notice

All ZENELLI® products shipped to the United States and Japan are normally supplied under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, with duties and taxes included in the final price shown at checkout, except for items within the Apparel category.

All Apparel items may be shipped from international warehouses to ensure better product availability and faster delivery times.

For these items, import duties, local taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Such charges are determined by local customs authorities and cannot be calculated, collected, or controlled by ZENELLI® at checkout.

This notice applies exclusively to Apparel items. All other ZENELLI® products continue to follow the standard shipping terms applicable to the destination country, including DDP shipping for the United States and Japan.


Product Availability

Product availability reflects stock levels at the time an order is placed.

However, availability is indicative, as multiple customers may purchase simultaneously.

In rare cases of partial or total unavailability after order confirmation, ZENELLI® will promptly notify the customer and provide appropriate solutions.


Pricing Policy

All prices on www.zenelli.com are displayed in Euros (€), US Dollars ($), and Japanese Yen (¥).

Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will always reflect the price shown at the time of purchase.

In the event of a technical, manual, or system error resulting in a clearly incorrect price, the order will be canceled and any payments refunded within 30 days.
