Carbon Fiber Tripods for Telephoto Photography
CARBON T is a family of carbon fiber tripods engineered for photographers who require stability, reliability, and fast operation when working with telephoto lenses in demanding outdoor environments.
Developed for wildlife, bird, sports, and outdoor photography, CARBON T tripods combine advanced engineering, lightweight construction, and precision manufacturing to provide a stable and reliable platform for modern photographic equipment.
The structure combines high modulus carbon fiber tubes with CNC-machined components made from extruded magnesium alloys, ensuring exceptional rigidity, low weight, and long-term durability.
CARBON T is available in two configurations: the TX wide cross, designed to maximize stability with demanding camera and lens combinations, and the TC compact cross, optimized for photographers who prioritize portability without compromising performance. Both configurations are available with multiple tube diameters, allowing photographers to choose the setup best suited to their equipment and shooting style.
A key feature of the system is the protected telescopic section design. Each section incorporates dedicated sealing elements designed to help reduce the ingress of dust, moisture, and contaminants during normal field use, helping preserve internal components and maintain smooth operation over time. Recommendations regarding use in particularly demanding environments can be found in the Technical Specifications section.
Dedicated pressure relief valves allow smooth extension and retraction of the telescopic sections while equalizing internal pressure, improving operational fluidity during repeated use in the field.
The telescopic movement is smooth and controlled, allowing precise and rapid height adjustments. The locking system is engineered for speed and simplicity: by rotating the lowest section, all sections are simultaneously locked with a single movement, providing immediate stabilization. When additional locking force is required, each section can also be individually tightened through the high-grip ergonomic interfaces.
The feet are removable through a standard 3/8”-16 UNC connection, ensuring compatibility with spikes and other accessories for different terrain conditions. The legs feature a 180-degree folding design, allowing the tripod to close compactly around the mounted head, reducing transport volume and improving carrying convenience.
The leg angle adjustment system is designed for fast and intuitive operation. A dedicated lever allows photographers to quickly change the leg angle and securely lock the tripod in the desired position.
The structure incorporates a built-in leveling bubble for rapid alignment and a side 3/8”-16 UNC accessory port for mounting additional equipment.
The removable center disk is designed to accept dedicated accessories, increasing the versatility and modularity of the system. A safety pin, operated externally through a dedicated knob, ensures secure component retention, while a quick-locking lever enables fast and reliable head installation.
All hardware components are manufactured from stainless steel to ensure excellent corrosion resistance and long-term reliability.
Designed and manufactured for demanding photographers, CARBON T tripods deliver precision, stability, portability, and reliability in real-world conditions, providing a complete support platform for telephoto photography and professional outdoor applications.

Care & Maintenance
The sealing system integrated into the telescopic sections is designed to help reduce the ingress of dust, moisture, and contaminants during normal outdoor use. While this architecture provides a high level of protection in the field, periodic inspection and maintenance are recommended to ensure optimal long-term performance.
After use in environments containing sand, mud, river sediment, dust, or other abrasive contaminants, any visible residue should be removed from the leg sections before retracting them. This simple procedure helps limit the introduction of contaminants into the sliding and locking mechanisms.
For photographers who regularly operate in particularly demanding environments, periodic cleaning of the tripod is recommended as part of normal equipment maintenance.
Particular attention should be paid when operating in environments where water, sand, and sediment are present. Prolonged immersion of the leg sections is not recommended, as contaminants may accumulate over time and affect the smooth operation of the sliding and locking mechanisms.
Following exposure to water, the tripod should be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water, allowed to dry completely, and inspected to ensure proper operation of all moving components before storage.
Proper maintenance helps preserve operational reliability and maximize the service life of the tripod.
